论文修改稿如何highlight 已有2人参与

投了Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture 杂志，三个多月后给了修改意见是大修，请问修改稿中改动的地方如何highlight，是在原稿中把要删除的地方用删除标志表示出来，改动的地方改动，用颜色注明等等，还是如何做，请教有经验的大侠。 附注：修改意见有一句是The mathematical treatment of the data are good 。这个该如何回复，是不是谢谢对方就可以了啊。 |

The mathematical treatment of the data are good 我觉得不用回复。只需要在开头： We are grateful to the referees for their constructive comments and suggestions on the revision of the manuscript. We have made all the necessary changes as suggested by the referees. All the revisions in the manuscript and the Supporting Information have been highlighted in red color. 改动的地方都用红色标出就可以了。 好运！！！！ |
