ZNO/聚合物制备光电器件

Polymer based photovoltaic (PV) devices have been stimulating ever increasing interest as a promising alternative for renewable resource of energy . These devices as oppose to conventional silicon solar cells have increasing attention because of their potentials for the production of flexible and large areas solar cell at a remarkable low cost. Several solar cell devices, using conjugated organic materials, have been demonstrated in the last decade . Particularly, over the last few years poly(3-hex- ythiophene) (P3HT) has been used as the polymeric donor in plastic PV research . But the polymer-based devices are still limited in their performance because of the weak absorption in the visible long wavelength, poor charge transport and low stability . Recently, the improvements of performance of the polymer based solar cells have been actively explored through optimization of materials as well as device structures. The imple- mentation of a bulk heterojunction of donors and acceptors semi- conductor increases the efficiency of such solar cells in the great extent. In recent years, various solution processed bulk-hetero- junction PV devices have been reported using p-type conjugated polymers either in combinationwith n-type polymers, fullerenes or with n-type inorganic semiconductor nanoparticles. |
