SANS measurement was carried out at the NG7 at the NIST Center for Neutron Research of the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Incident neutron wavelength of 6 Å , with varying sample-to-detector distance of 1, 15 and 4.5 m detector 25 mm offset yields a scattering range of 0.0009 Å-1< Q < 0.4 Å-1, where q =4π/ λsin(θ/2) is the magnitude of momentum transfer vector, and q is the scattering angle. After corrected for background and detector efficiency, and converted to an absolute scale using direct beamintensity, the 2D intensitywas circularly averaged to yield the total structure factor, S(q) [42]. |
