又是格式审查，修改格式后在提交的，结果是 Regretfully, I must inform you that the manuscript will not be considered further forxxxxx The reasons for this are that the topic would be better suited to another specialized journal. As we receive many more manuscripts than we can publish we are forced to select those we believe will interest the broadest possible section of our readership and represent a significant breakthrough of general interest to the xxxxxxxxx community.
