When deposited in the atmosphere of absolute argon, the ITO film was generated with some black nonconductive indium suboxide (In2O) due to the lack of oxygen, leading to the unfavorable decrease of its transmittance, which, thus, could be improved by introducing some oxygen into the atmosphere.
