今年国家基金大约60万一项(去年大约三十几万),国家这方面力度持续加大。而且相对公平。

不过还是国家科技支撑计划、863, 973钱多,但需要功底、资历、平台、公关、忽悠多管齐下。

博士课题,导师的项目中有863,973两项,让选一个,说973更侧重基础,让做973,自己申请课题还不知道什么时候呢。
