这篇文章发的很不容易，审稿时间很长，
2010年1月8号投出去的，
期间写了8封催稿信，
很无奈，就在我准备撤稿转投其他杂志时，
昨晚又告知文章接受出版，

This is a fine paper that reports new results on xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, which is of interest from both scientific and practical standpoints, and is worthy of publication in MMT.

The version of the paper is much better in language, grammar and syntax.

Key Reader (Importance of Contribution):

This is a good paper that contains new results pertaining to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The results are of both scientific and technological interest.
