丹麦人与世界各国人民一样庆祝新的一年的开始。新年前夜，丹麦人喜欢在自家门前燃放烟花。有趣的是，丹麦人把烟花称做“中国人”，因为火药是中国的四大发明之一，制作烟花的技术也是从中国传到丹麦的。除夕夜里，一簇簇烟花飞上夜空，五彩缤纷，营造出浓厚的节日气氛。
Danes celebrate the new year the same as world people on January 1st.on the Eve nightof the New Year, Danes are fond of setting off fireworks。Interestingly, Danes call the s fireworks as “chinese”,that is because the gunpowder is one of the four great inventions of china,the technic for manufacture fireworks also came from china. In the very evening,Clusters and clusters of fireworks fly onto the black sky and build out a thick atmosphere of festival in the air here and there.
印度人的元旦被人称为“痛哭元旦”、“禁食元旦”。他们在新年第一天，谁也不许对人生气，更不准发脾气。有些地方，过年不但不庆祝，反而相抱大哭。他们认为，元旦一开始，岁月易逝——人生短暂，用哭声来表示自己的感叹。有些地区的人们则以禁食一天一夜来迎接新的一年，由元旦凌晨开始直到午夜为止。
Indians new year's day is considerated as the day to cry bitterly or to absolute diet.on the first day of the new year,people should not to get to angry .In somewhere,natives will sorb heavily together instand of make any celebrations,they think that 岁月易逝,人生短暂,and tears can express their sadness.to make it more astonishingly,some natives absolute diet for a whole day and night to welcome the new year.
