Naked Wedding (裸婚) Phyweiw No house, no car, no diamond ring and even no banquet-----this is a fashion advocating the pristine and economical wedding that is currently going popular in younger generations. In terms of the traditional viewpoints, marriage is the extremely important event in one’s life, indicating the newlyweds have grown adults and should shoulder responsibility for their own life independently. That is why all the parents would pour their utmost money and energy in preparing their children’s marriage in the hope of arranging their children’s future lives perfectly. The parents try their best to evaluate the family background, personality, work unit, social relationship and career potential of their children’s lovers. Especially for the girl parts, parents are very carefully discern the boy’s condition so as to make sure their girls will live a happy life in the future. However, those parents usually ignore the most key element when doing such work, that is whether the couples are truly in love with each other and how to cultivate their living capability in the upcoming marriage. Marriage is very crucial and needs skills to handle. First of all, most brides’ mothers do not expect their daughter live together with bridegrooms’ parents so that the houses become a must when preparing the marriage. But today’s rocketing housing price can easily squeeze out the savings of two generations and leav the just-married couples to be house-slaves. Some having higher demands for life usually ask for private cars and the more than one hundred thousand cars are the preliminary request. The wedding ceremony should also be seriously treated and this is the face-saving engineering. The scale of the banquets should start from twenty to thirty tables and fifty or sixty tables may be more favorable. Although it is costly, parents take the mind like this: how can we feel face-saving in front of relatives and friends without displaying so many banquet tables? Now there have the changes. Naked wedding is a practical way for marriage. Actually for the old generations, most of them had practiced the so-called naked wedding in the previous poverty years. They jointly built their happy lives after marriage and gradually lead the wealthy lives. We are happy to see our younger generations start to advocate the thought of naked wedding. They are open-minded, optimistic and rebellious against the old customs. They believe true love should get rid of the shackles of money. They believe the full-hearted love is the key element of happy life. Naked wedding buries a happy seed and the future beautiful life would blossom like flowers. |

Wedding have nothing to do with happiness, sometimes naked wedding is a good choice for young people. but if I have a daughter, I perfer realistic wedding to naked wedding, even wedding is the most simple one, girls` parents all are willing to give what they can give to their daughters, so if girls` parents make an objection to naked wedding, we should understand them. except that girls have a strong objection to realistic wedding. only in this case, girls` parents should respect their children`s chioce.
