麻烦大家帮我看看这封洪堡基金收到我的申请材料的确认信

The Selection Department of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundationherewith acknowledges receipt of your application. Ms. XXX will be incharge of handling your application. Please send all additional documents directly to her attention. During the next 4 to 6 weeks we will inform you on the tentative date ofthe final decision and if further documents are required. Kindly await our respective correspondence. Due to the large number ofapplications we receive we would not be in a position to provideinformation on the completeness of your application or on receipt ofreferences.
