We introduced morpholine to form hydrogen bonds with Glu-61 in the c-subunit of ATP synthase and prevent proton transport which is necessary for the synthesis of ATP .（加些什么使其连贯呢这里）We introduced adamantine to get better lipophilicity and selectivity. 写文章中一句话，怎么看怎么别扭。投SCI文章用。另有建议可加奖啊 1怎么把这定语从句which去掉呢，但意思不变。 2 加点什么使其连贯呢？ 大致中文内容： 我们引入吗啉基，使其与ATP合成酶里的甘氨酸形成氢键 阻止氢转移。该氢转移是合成ATP的必须部分。我们引入金刚烷基是为了得到更好的脂溶性和选择性。 |

介词是很好用的手段： We introduced morpholine to form hydrogen bonds with Glu-61 in the c-subunit of ATP synthesis and prevent proton transport. However, the proton transport is a necessary (and important) step in the synthesis of ATP. Therefore, we introduced adamantine to get better lipophilicity and selectivity. |
