ICIMCS 2011 will be the most comprehensive Conference focused on the various aspects of advances in Instrumentation, Measurement, Circuits and Systems. Our Conference provides a chance for academic and industry professionals to discuss recent progress in the area of Instrumentation, Measurement, Circuits and Systems. The goal of this Conference is to bring together the researchers from academia and industry as well as practitioners to share ideas, problems and solutions relating to the multifaceted aspects of Instrumentation, Measurement, Circuits and Systems. The ICIMCS 2011 conference proceeding will proudly published by ASME Press, and All accepted papers in the ICIMCS 2011 will also be included in ASME Digital Library, and indexed by EI Compendex, Thomson ISI Proceedings. Each paper will be reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register the work.
