刚投的文章，是否需要寄出版权转让协议？

原投稿被拒，编辑部希望重投这个杂志，刚刚重投，就给了下面的文字，这个是否需要马上寄出版权转让协议？等了两周，还没有寄给审稿人（编辑部说重投后，尽可能安排寄给原审稿人）。 是否需要催一催？如何写催促送审？谢谢各位 下面是编辑部的回信摘录： You will also find an Assignment of Copyright form on your homepage.
