在一篇文献上看到扫DNA的样品，是下面的一个制样过程，想问下为什么要先在云母片上点样，后来是怎么转到铜网上的，这个过程不太明白，谢谢大家。
文献 ：
Samples were adsorbed on freshly cleaved mica. These were air-dried overnight and, rotary shadowed with Pt/C at an elevation of about 20° and stabilized with a thin layer of carbon (15 nm). Replicas from the mica were floated onto the surface of distilled water, collected on 300 mesh copper grids, and analysed in a FEI Tecnai 12 operated at an acceleration voltage of 120kV.
