应不应该接受这个offer？

今天收到一个口头offer，是德国的一个学校。但是这个教授说他们学校需要一段时间试用期（6个月），这是他的原话 it generally is 6 months. During this period, everything is perfectly normal and as it would be otherwise, except that it is possible (for both sides, i.e., not only for me but also for you) to terminate the contract within one month. I do not aim to use this termination option, unless we absolutely cannot get along with each other, i.e., as last resort in case of emergency. And I think this is good to have, also for you, given that there is no chance to get to know each other beforehand (see above). So you also have the chance to check out whether the science here and XXXX university etc. is to your liking or not. 请大家帮我分析一下，可以接受这个offer吗？这种有试用期的，真怕一不小心被赶走啊。 |
