letters in organic chemistry投稿求助proof阶段求助

有没有投过letters in organic chemistry的同学啊，文章接收后到了proof阶段。 收到的邮件里面只有PDF文档，我是要在PDF里面直接改吗？用不用单独列个word文档，写清楚改动的地方？ 改完了直接把PDF发回去就可以了吗？ 还有下面这两段话什么意思，难道是让我邮寄一份纸质版过去？ All figures will be reproduced directly from your supplied hard copies, instead of our scanned figures that are enclosed in composed version. The resolution of the figures will be exactly the same as supplied to us with the original manuscript (except chemical structures). PS: If you have submitted your manuscript by E-mail or by FTP transfer then please send us the original print-out of all the figures with the corrected version by urgent courier service. If you have already sent us the hard copy (print-out) of the figures then please ignore this note. Thanks. 谢谢大家了 |
