Because of its synthetic and unique pharmaceutical importance, a continuous development in the synthesis of new enaminones is a growing area research. An impressively diverse range of efficient enaminones synthesis based on new metal-catalyzed condensation reactions or other reactions of appropriate precursors have been developed during past years. However, a plethora of new synthetic methods for preparing enaminones including classical syntheses suffer from low yields, use of expensive or not readily starting materials and exhibit limit substrate tolerance[35]. This sentence should be rewritten as "Synthesis of enaminones has been a continuously growing reasearch area due to their unique importance in synthetic and pharmaceutical aspects. An impressively diverse range of efficient enaminones synthesis based on new metal-catalyzed condensation reactions or other reactions of appropriate precursors have been developed during past years. An impressively diverse range of methods for efficient synthesis of enaminones based on new metal-catalyzed condensation reactions or other reactions with appropriate precursors have been developed during the past years. However, a plethora of new synthetic methods for preparing enaminones including classical syntheses suffer from low yields, use of expensive or not readily starting materials and exhibit limit substrate tolerance[35]. This sentence should be rewritten as "Synthesis of enaminones has been a continuously growing reasearch area due to their unique importance in synthetic and pharmaceutical aspects". 开门见山地强调主语"Synthesis of enaminones", 把原因状语放在句首实属浪费；另外，原文中的its指代不清。 An impressively diverse range of efficient enaminones synthesis based on new metal-catalyzed condensation reactions or other reactions of appropriate precursors have been developed during past years. "An impressively diverse range of methods for efficient synthesis of enaminones based on new metal-catalyzed condensation reactions or other reactions with appropriate precursors have been developed during the past years." 作者是想说过去一些年，许多基于metal-catalyzed condensation reactions或使用appropriate precursors 的enaminones的合成方法被研究开发出来。原句中的a range of 后面的主语不是很明确和清楚，而且其修饰的名词应该用复数形式。 However, a plethora of new synthetic methods for preparing enaminones including classical syntheses suffer from low yields, use of expensive or not readily starting materials and exhibit limit substrate tolerance[35].
