怎么准备proof/certificate of PhD degree?

先说说我的情况，本人按计划年底答辩，已拿到美国一所医学院的博后offer，准备答辩完明年1月就去美国，老板人感觉蛮好的，和他通了很多信，最近他说：For your final appointment here at UCSD, we need proof/certificate of your PhD degree. When will you be able to get this? 我们学校是答辩完成后要等3-4个月才能拿到博士学位证书，然后我把情况和他说清楚了，他又回到：We must get one of the following documents in order to get you appointed.1. A diploma 2. An official transcript 3. A letter from the Dean's Office or Registrar's Office where the doctorate was obtained. Maybe you can just get us a letter from the Dean's Office or Registrar's Office stating that you have successfully graduated, but will get your diploma four months later. Is that a possibility? 我有点没底，我只能选择第3条，但这种信好开吗？具体该怎么写？真诚的希望有经验的人指点迷津！不胜感激！ |
