The term eanminoe is defined as the enamine of a 1,3-diketone, -ketoester or similar 1,3-difunctional reagents, and is used to indicate any compound containing the conjugated system N-C=C-C=O[1]. These compounds are important intermediates for the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds, nitrogen containing compounds, naturally occurring alkaloids [26] and pharmaceutical compounds such as dopamineauto-receptor agonists, acetylcholinestersase inhibitors, and oxytocin antagonists [28]. They even served as synthons for -aminoalcohol, -aminoacids which are a class of compounds useful in asymmetric catalysis as a chelating agent [26]. Due to their wide range of activity and importance, many synthetic approaches have been developed to prepare eanminoes during recent decades. Several reviews have been published about the chemistry of enaminoes, physicochemical properties and utility in heterocyclic synthesis [1]. In this paper we focus on the development on synthesis of enaminoes. Çë´ó¼ÒÖ¸³öÓï·¨»òƴдÖеĴíÎó»ò²»ºÏÊʵĵط½£¬Ö¸³öÈκÎÒ»´í¶¼ÓÐ4½ð±ÒµÄ½±Àø£¬Ð»Ð»´ó¼Ò¡£ |
