How to be a wise consumer
Someday when I was home watching TV. I noticed a topic that made sense--how to be a wise consumer. In our fast devolping world,So many we want to have it as our own.For instance when we go shopping, the shoppkeeper always tried their best to win your attention and attract you to buy thing even you donnot need right now.Everything seems worth to buy as it is cheap and fine. When I go shopping in the supermarket, everything seems a beauty and lure me to have it. I cannot persuade myself not buying it.The desire is always a kind of opium and always wins you out of control. But strangely it seems a good “nightmare ”as I receive my pleasant sensation, especially when i am angry or in a blue emotion, which is really a release of my unlucky feelings. But things apprear that I should pay a price, which means that I should work hard to improve my economic situation to get rid of bankbrupt. There is always a saying that pleasure has its sting in its tail. Always there was little about our ablity to manage money when we were at our so called golden period for study. Our parents always try their best to support us in the study in college, we are not produers, just consumers and even know nothing about where and how hard the money is come from. Then when we walk into the society, we will feel so upset and always cannot enjoy our life and become acumen as so much happens in our ecomimic condition. In some sense I can conclude that in most our life we are coinning our brains and making more money seems our utimate target as we must pay our house, cars, children and items in our daily life. Then how to be a wise consumer? Welcome to share your stories and opinions. |

Besides studying or working to earn money, I think, how to manage our money is also a required knowledge for us to learn. As a married person, the following, I will share my two useful skills. (1) Earn bank's money. If you have extra amout of money, there are more financal items with high rating to choose, which don't include stocks or fund items. (2) Earn seller's money. If you want to buy something, shopping in Internet is a perfect choice. From my experiecne, Taobao is the best website where you can buy the cheapest goods. I prefer to buy toys for my daughter and film papers for my father who likes take pictures. But I dislike to buy foods and clothes in Internet. One major reason is about its security and quality. Give the Dumex milk powder as an example, the price in net is almost one-secod lower than that in stores. Since we have heard of so many bad stories caused by toxic milk powder, are you brave enough to buy for your baby? The answer is absolutely"No". For the clothes, according to my self-experience, adding the transportation fee, the price in net and in stores is almost the same. And, the bought clothes are often out of your expectation because of unrealistic pictures and description. So, buying clothes in stores and bargaining with sellers is a better way. |

How to be a wise consumer on campus Maybe you're supported by your family and you take it for granted that you needn't save money. But to be a good kid, we should begin to learn to manage money affairs from now on. It's not easy for our parents to make money. For us college students, I think we can follow the following principles: First, make a list. Choose what we need most and think over what's not so needed. There is trade-off, of course. It's all up to you to be wise or not. Then, make a preliminary budget. We should make a reasonable budget according to our finacial capacity. It's unwise to overspend. Last but not least, be a reasonable consumer. There are many skills in it. Such as we can make an investigation prior to purchasing. By comparing various sellers on the Internet or by inquring friends or families if they have had experience with a product, we can determine which is the best for us. We can also find available discounts and price shop. That's what I do for most of the time. The same products can be priced differently at different retailers. It just takes some time to find the best price with the best quality. If possible, don't bother to bargain with the seller which can save you a lot. Another tip to mention is that we can never do impulsive shopping. Some of us may purchase goods of well-known brand to feed his or her vanity regardless of their capacity, resulting in bankruptcy for a long time. That's quite bad consumtion habbit. Think twice and keep calm. |

how to be a wise consumer? i want to point out one things : someday i bought a wonderful wrist watch, which cost me almost 500 Dollars, equal to almost 3800RMB, it is unwise, or not reasonable comsuption ? i want to say, of course, NO. because i need a watch, i shall keep on time on everything. secondly it is Swiss Gear Brand, one popular brand in the world, yes ,i trust the brand, and really the excellent quality wins him the comsumer's heart around the world. i can wear it for the whole life if possible! when talking about others which is really cheaper in price but with a discount in quality, perhaps only one year it would be worn out. when we vertically vision the compare, then we shall make a wise choice i think. that's a exact reason why manufacturers are doing all out to pursue the high quality. wise or not depends on a specific point. 1. whether it is a necessity in your lifeliving. 2. make a choice before decision, once purchased, never to buy others with same function. 3. most important and first of all that we do shopping upon the money you make. that's my viewpoint. Thank you! |
