Braunwald氏心脏病 ——心血管医学教科书（第七版） Eugene Braunwald是美国哈佛大学医学院内科教授，是世界上著名的杰出的心脏病学家。他主编的《Heart Diseases》一书自1980年问世以来，每4年更新一版， 第七版于2005年正式出版。 诚如Braunwald在序言所说： 心血管病已成为威胁工业化国家的最大的“瘟疫”。为了提供一本综合性的有权威的心血管医学领域的教科书，他联合了一些有才干的同行编写此书。 为了缩小分歧， 保持统一，他本人参与了第一版的约半数章节的编写。自从1997年第五版出版以后，心脏病学发展迅速，第六版已需要作广泛的修订，而第七版面临的挑战更为严峻。 变化也就更大。 即使扩大了主编队伍，压缩了1998年以前的参考文献，主编们仍意识到四年的出版周期难以跟上飞速前进的步伐。现已有了本书的电子版，把主要文献的摘要放在电子版上，该电子版每周更新一次。目前第七版的内容也已全面更新。除了保留第六版的51章并作了修订和提高外， 又增加了36章新内容。 为方便读者， 本书还收录了16份ACC/AHA（美国心脏病学院和心脏学会）对不同心血管病诊断、治疗内容的指南。 第七版全书共分十大部分，87章。第一部分包括对心血管病总的考虑。除了阐述心血管病对全球形成的负担和经济学问题外，还增加了临床决策、心脏医疗关怀的质量评估，药物治疗原则和晚期心脏病人的关怀等章节。第二部分：病人的检查除了继承以往的病史、体检、心电图、超声心动图等内容外，在心脏血管的影像技术方面增加了许多新章节，对各种侵入和非侵入的诊断手段作了详细的介绍，并对心脏诊断技术的相对价值作了客观的分析。第三部分是心力衰竭。除了发生机制、 心功能的评估、 病理生理及其临床表现、药物治疗外，还增加了辅助循环和心脏移植等章节。第四部分是心律失常。除了发生机制、诊断、治疗、起博器和除颤器、特殊的心律失常以外，增加了“心律失常的遗传学”这一章。第五部分为预防心脏病学。把动脉粥样硬化、高血压、脂蛋白疾病、糖尿病、营养学和冠心病的预防和康复结合起来综合考虑。第六部分是冠状动脉疾病。作为发达国家中最多见的心脏病历来受到重视，本版新增了“对冠脉血流及缺血的理解”、“胸痛病人的诊治探讨”、“心梗病人的经皮冠脉介入治疗”、“慢性冠脉病”、“糖尿病与心脏病” 以及 “非冠状动脉的梗阻性血管病的血管内治疗”等章节。第七部分为心脏、心包和肺血管病。包括了先天性、瓣膜性心脏病、感染性心内膜炎、心肌病、心肌炎、毒素和心脏、心脏原发性肿瘤、 心包疾病、 外伤性心脏病、肺栓塞、肺动脉高压和睡眠呼吸障碍与心血管疾病等。第八部分是分子生物学和遗传学。第九部分是特殊人群中的心血管病、包括老人、 妇女、 妊娠与心脏病、运动员、准备进行心脏和非心脏手术的心脏病人的麻醉和手术问题以及不同人群中的心脏病。第十部分是心血管病和其他器官疾病、如内分泌疾病、血液学问题、风湿热、风湿病、癌症、心理和行为问题、肾脏疾病与心血管病以及自主神经疾病的心血管表现等。 本书可谓是心血管病学的一本优秀的大型教材，内容全面、论述精辟、取材新颖、印刷精美，无论对教师、学生和心血管病的专业医师还是内科医师都是良师益友。 戴玉华 教授 中国医学科学院北京协和医院心内科 |
