| I have read through your paper and regret to inform you that I am rejecting it without further review. Since relaunching the *** in 2004, it has become much more popular (with the impact factor nearly doubling) and we must reject manuscripts that do not appear to be in areas where we are presently focusing our attention, This is clear for the present manuscript from the fact that there are no recent references to articles in the *** and so the relevance to the current readership is questionable. |
