本论文以扬子石化新老线TA混合母液回收Co、Mn催化剂获得的浆料为原料在反应釜内进行回收催化剂再生工艺条件的研究。研究表明适量添加乙醛有利于一元草酸钴、锰的分解。最佳的工艺条件为:乙醛添加量0.6%、反应温度180℃、反应压力3MPa、反应时间70min、O2/N2=5%、空速1000h-1,此时一元草酸钴的分解率为97.29%,一元草酸锰的分解率为98.51%。

To research the recovery catalyst regeneration conditions of cobalt and manganese  catalysts recycling slurry, which was obtained from the mixed mother liquor of Yangzi Petrochemical old and new production lines, in reaction kettle. The results showed that the addition of appropriate acetaldehyde would make for the decomposion of mon-cobaltous oxalate and mon-manganese oxalate. The optimal technologcial conditions composed of acetaldehyde amount 0.6%, reaction temperature 180 ℃, reaction pressure 3 MPa, reaction time 70 min, O2/N2 5%, space velocity 1000h-1. Under optimal conditions, the decomposed ratio of cobalt and manganese reached to 97.29% and 98.51%.

In this paper, the research for catalyst regeneration in an reactor based on the Yangzi Petrochemical’s route for recovering and regenerating Co, Mn catalysts from TA mother liquor was conducted.
