TA was obtained by using PX, cobaltous acetate and manganese acetate as catalyst, respectively, via oxidizing reaction under a certain of pressure and temperature. The research for recycling Co, Mn oxided by PX was also conducted, and the PTA which was fabricated by PX oxidation will have a significant application in economic and social circumstances. |

本论文以扬子石化新老线TA混合母液回收Co、Mn催化剂获得的浆料为原料在反应釜内进行回收催化剂再生工艺条件的研究。适量添加乙醛有利于一元草酸钴、锰的分解,当乙醛添加量0.6%,反应温度180℃,反应压力3MPa,反应时间70min,O2/N2=5%,空速1000h-1时一元草酸钴、锰的分解率最高分别为97.29%、98.51%。 In this paper, the research for catalyst regeneration in an reactor based on the Yangzi Petrochemical’s route for recovering and regenerating Co, Mn catalysts from TA mother liquor was conducted. Appropriate amount of acetaldehyde added would in favor of the decomposition of cobalt oxalate and Mn, the highest decomposition rate of cobalt oxalate and Mn would be 97.29% and 98.51%, respectively, when the additive amount of acetaldehyde was 0.6%, reaction temperature 180℃, reaction pressure 3MPa, reaction time 70min, O2/N2=5%, airspeed 1000-1 |
