The next step is for the Editor to make his decision. An email from the Editor informing you of his decision will be the next email communication that you receive.

The detailed comments of the reviewers and my recommendation will be available to you through your author account when the Editor makes their decision.

前几天一直是paper review completed，一直持续了10几天，询问AE后，给回话是

Based on the reviews of your paper I proceeded to an editorial recommendation to the Technical Editor who will inform you of his decision regarding publication.
