[求助] IEEE Trans Signal Processing 重投还是改投

审了一个多月AE就给意见了。。是Reject and Resubmit as Correspondence..

Your manuscript,......., which you submitted to the IEEE  Transactions on Signal Processing has been reviewed. The comments from the reviewers are included at the bottom of this letter (**See note below about attachments).

In view of the criticisms of the reviewers, I must Reject the manuscript for publication in the Transactions on Signal Processing at this time. However, a new manuscript may be submitted which takes into consideration these comments because I consider that if the authors find a solution solving ......, the paper should to be accepted.

Your new manuscript must be submitted back to Manuscript Central http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/tsp-ieee  together with a point-by-point reply that explains how you addressed the reviewers' comments.

Please note that resubmitting your manuscript does not guarantee eventual acceptance, and that your resubmission will be subject to re-review by the reviewers before a decision is rendered.

You will be unable to make your revisions on the originally submitted version of your manuscript. Once you have revised your manuscript, log into http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/tsp-ieee  and enter your Author Center, where you will find your manuscript title listed under "Manuscripts with Decisions". Under "Actions", click on "Create a Resubmission" then follow the steps for resubmitting your manuscript.

后面是两个审稿意见，不是很困难。。但TSP一直以来都很严格，重投希望大吗。。。

Trans长文大修是很常见的，恭喜楼主至少已经取得第一步的胜利。接下来认真分析一下审稿人意见，如果有足够的理由回答审稿人，仍以Regular形式投还是有希望的，但是，这样的话你要做的不仅是一一回答审稿人的意见，估计还需有一些重要的补充。如无重要补充，就按照审稿人意见好好修改，按照副编意见投Correspondence，接下来的审稿也会比较快有结果的。
