悲剧了，今天收到拒稿?帮分析什么原因！我等了这么多感觉这段理由很不甘心啊 已有1人参与

After creating the online system for paper submissions, the flow of papers received keeps increasing. We get more than 2500 papers a year now. Consequently it is an editorial decision to return papers in some areas without processing in order to control the flow of papers although some of them are excellent ones. This letter is to notify you that we are returning your paper and we encourage you to submit it elsewhere. 为什么呢？到底为什么呢？ 改投，文章再次被拒嗨不知道是什么原因啊 悲剧啊！ It has come to our attention that you did not follow the guidelines for submitting potential referees for the above-mentioned article. Consequently, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to further consider your manuscript for possible publication in our journal. Also note, that due the large number of new submissions to our journal this particular article will not be considered if it is re-submitted.
