我想请教各位一下：谁有撤稿信模板呀？是进入投稿系统里发邮件么？我的是这样的情况，曾经投了出去一篇JCA的，但是由于外文有点差，就把文章送到作者自己手里说叫把文章全文好好仔细检查英文，之后感觉英文太难，就写成中文的，已被中文的A类期刊录用，现在JCA杂志来信说问什么时候改好，把文章发过去，现在我有没有必要写个撤稿信呀？回信直接从他来的邮件里回么？还是要进入投稿系统里发E-mail撤稿呀？若需要撤搞信的话，说研究不成熟，或是有新的发现之类的借口么，那我应该是以什么样的语气来写信呀，谢谢哈！因为是首次投稿，很多东西不懂，不好意思 [ Last edited by 肥猫：福星 on 2011-6-1 at 14:30 ] |

Dear Editor, I am sorry to make you in trouble. It takes as long as THREE years for reviewing our manuscript, which was submitted to Journal “***”. Generally, only about six monthes is necessary for the reviewing process on usual submissions to your Journal. Hence, we decide to WITHDRAW this submission. I am sorry to make this decision. 再来一个： Dear editor: Please excuse me for taking some of your time. We submitted a manuscript entitled "Mechanism behind the Formation of Colloidal Silica Particles with Bimodal Final Size Distribution" (Ref. No.: 9473) to your journal 4 months ago. However, we have not yet received your decision on our manuscript till now.
