我想请教各位一下：谁有撤稿信模板呀？是进入投稿系统里发邮件么？我的是这样的情况，曾经投了出去一篇JCA的，但是由于外文有点差，就把文章送到作者自己手里说叫把文章全文好好仔细检查英文，之后感觉英文太难，就写成中文的，已被中文的A类期刊录用，现在JCA杂志来信说问什么时候改好，把文章发过去，现在我有没有必要写个撤稿信呀？回信直接从他来的邮件里回么？还是要进入投稿系统里发E-mail撤稿呀？若需要撤搞信的话，说研究不成熟，或是有新的发现之类的借口么，那我应该是以什么样的语气来写信呀，谢谢哈！因为是首次投稿，很多东西不懂，不好意思 [ Last edited by 肥猫：福星 on 2011-6-1 at 14:30 ] |

Dear Editor, I am sorry to make you in trouble. It takes as long as THREE years for reviewing our manuscript, which was submitted to Journal “***”. Generally, only about six monthes is necessary for the reviewing process on usual submissions to your Journal. Hence, we decide to WITHDRAW this submission. I am sorry to make this decision. Please understand my condition because the rapid publication of my work is important for me and our group. I hope that I have chance to get a rapid publication in this Journal in future. 再来一个： Dear editor: Please excuse me for taking some of your time. We submitted a manuscript entitled "Mechanism behind the Formation of Colloidal Silica Particles with Bimodal Final Size Distribution" (Ref. No.: 9473) to your journal 4 months ago. However, we have not yet received your decision on our manuscript till now. In this period, some new great results were discovered, and also some statements on the formation mechanism mentioned in this manuscript are not completely right, so after carefully thinking, we are going to rearrange this manuscript and try to give more precise model.
