[交流] Should I insist or leave the company?

I have worked in the current company for 3 years, Recently I feel depressed,because I can not improved and see the hope in my every day's life ,Every day's life is similar,It is a little dull and bored.Every morning,I do not want to get up because I know there is not too much work to do in the office.Every afternoon,I always try to leave the company as soon as possible. I feel I do not have enthusiasm and pleasure in my current job.
I have got another offer but the work may be the same with the current job. But it can provide better salary.The problem is that I feel I can not be improved
What I should do? Should I insist on the current job and wait for another better chance.Or should I leave and change the work envirment where I also  can not see the future.

if you are really tired of the current situation， why not leave and try another job，besides you could get a better salary。But whatever you choose，life will become boring if we just work on the same thing day and day……this is what we can not change。

I think I need to change
No matter what will happen tomorrow,what I can do is to choose my own life.

According to my experience,I have several suggestions to you and wish helpful to you.Whether to do a work or not is judged by yourself,but you must consider the result of changing it.The purpose one doing our work is for ou improvement，salary and to prepare for our future life.In addition，if you have a girlfriend with who  want to marry，you also need to consider where you want to settle.
Firstly，about one’s improvement.After graduated from the college，we do a work for several years and then we must choose a business to improve ourselves.The early we decided our business，the better to us.Because once we decide it，we can have more time to research the speciality.If you don‘t assure the business you will do in future，I suggest you shouldn’t change it easily.Of course， if there is high disparity on salary，you can change it.
This friend，I don’t know your age. I say to you that when you reach the age of getting married，there is lots of things for you to consider.Then，you may face your parents‘ request to let you marry earlier，need to consider your girlfriend’s（also include her family）comment.There are also many things around this topic.
