[交流] 历经7个月，ieee trans. industrial electronics终于录用

去年10月28日投稿，3个多月后让修改，6周的修改期限。在第5周结束时，提交了修改稿。修改稿稿件状态历经Assigned to AE->Under Review Awaiting EIC Decision->Awaiting EIC Decision，终于在今天给出录用消息。
