[交流] Just open mouth to speak！

These days, an international conference is being held by our institute. I participated in it as a conference worker. There're many foreign friends here. My work is preparing for their reports by  copying their ppt to the computer. I have a partner named Yingping. But first, we must contact the foreign friends first and ask them to give us a copy.
The  first one was a Japanese, we practised a lot but still  felt it difficult to communicate with him. Thank goodness, the interpretress helped us. I succeeded in talking with other two persons in English by phone. In the end of the first day's reports we must gave an oral information to the conference. Yingping gave this chance to me. In order to speak fluently, we wrote it down both in Chinese and English. I announced to the  conference using microphone, there're hundreds of people there. It was really a  wonderful experience!

Following is what I said that afternoon, maybe there're some mistakes, but I succeeded in letting them understand me:

Ladies and gentlemen,

Attention pls! I have three points to inform.
Firstly, after the reports, U can go outside to read the posters and discuss with the poster holders about what you're interested in. At the same time, U can take a tea break.
Secondly, U can get the photos we have taken this morning from the workers of the conference on the first floor.
Thirdly, the dining room of the buffeet supper will be changed to Mingyuan restaurant on the first floor. Please take your dinner ticket to use your dinner. Wish U a good appetite.

Well done,

A good begining hints a brilliant future. As a experienced sister, I suggest you to value these chances to show yourself, which will benefit you and make you more brave and confident. In the future, whatever kind of job you will do, you have to communicate with others. So, from this point, oral presentation maybe is more important than writing or other aspects.
When I was a student in university, I joined several clubs/groups and I had the same experiences as you. Now, I am a lecture, and I gives lessons to students . Sometime, maybe some old professors come to listen to me. But, I am not nervous and I even like the feeling at platform.
