楼主你好，能把guide for author告诉我吗？我没找到，还有投稿时，问题：1.If authors published greater than 50% of content in a prior proceedings, this does not automatically disqualify if copyright permission has been obtained, but please indicate where, when? 2.If rejected, where, when? This does not automatically disqualify the submission, but it is helpful and author should provide detailed improvements made in a cover letter. (Note that this is not necessary if prior publication was in a CORROSION Conference.) 需要怎么回答啊？这两个问题的意义是什么啊？麻烦了  |
