题目：新颖透氧膜材料的开发与应用 New oxygen-permeable membrane materials development and application 钙钛矿型氧化物(ABO3−δ)除了可以用作氧分离膜提供纯氧外，另一个非常有潜力的应用方向是作为透氧膜反应器，为低碳烷烃的选择氧化在线提供纯氧。作为一个典型的钙钛矿氧化物，SrCo0.8Fe0.2O3−δ的高透氧能力已被进行了广泛的研究。就目前情况来看，结构的不稳定性使它还不能很好地满足工业化的要求。 本文在总结和实验数据的基础上提出了选择高性能钙钛矿型氧化物混合导体透氧膜材料的策略,应用此策略对几种钙钛矿型透氧膜材料的性能作了合理的解释,并在此基础上采用Ba2+部分取代Sr2+，通过固相反应法成功开发出Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3−δ钙钛矿型混合导体材料，并且利用X射线衍射和扫描光镜对Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3−δ的结构和烧结特性进行深入的研究。发现该材料不仅具有优异的氧渗透能力，其在反应中的稳定性也明显提升。 Perovskite oxides (ABO3−δ) are of interest for attractive applications as oxygen-permeable membranes for air separation, and in membrane reactors for the selective oxidation of light hydrocarbons. As one of the typical perovskite oxide, the SrCo0.8Fe0.2O3−δ oxide with attractive oxygen permeability had been studied extensively. Unfortunately, the poor structural stability of the SrCo0.8Fe0.2O3−δ oxide limits seriously its practical applications. A series of methods for selecting perovskite - type oxides used as mixed - conducting membranes for oxygen separation were reviewed according to the literatures and experimental data. The oxygen permeability of several perovskite - type membranes was properly interpreted. Based on these strategies, The substitution of Sr2+ in the SrCo0.8Fe0.2O3−δ oxide by Ba2+ with a larger ionic radius, Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3−δ oxide has been synthesized by the solid-state reaction method. The structural and sintering properties of the Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3−δ oxide/ceramic were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3−δ oxide has the high oxygen permeability, its structural stability was improved properly. |
