1.The linear profile can be regarded as showing a quasi-zero-order reaction, the effective concentration of ozone in the reaction system being the rate-determinant. 2.The ortho-para isomer ratios of the resulting products, however,can little be varied by modification of circumstantial factors such as temperature,concentration,reaction time or reagent:substrate ratio. 3.A high o:p ratio 1.14 is observed at low concentration in dichloromethane,while a low value 0.45 is obtained in the absence of solvent. |
