[½»Á÷] What's your opinion about private school?

Throughout China, there are more and more private schools.  Compared with the public schools, private schools refer to those not admitted by the government. Some doubt the effectiveness of these private schools. They say adequate money doesn't necessarily guarantee better education.   The following represents my opinion, and  what's yours?      Although the purposes of setting up so many private schools are complex and different, in my opinion, the education quality is the primary factor to be considered.  According to the definition of private school,  South University of Science and Technology in China£¨SUSTC£©is an example. It is a newly-built university in Shenzhen by Zhu Qingshi and other famous pundits/professors.  Although the degree hasn't been admitted by the Education Administration,  the first forty-four students are taught by the top-excellent professors with advanced knowledge and thinking pattern.  These sources of excellent teacher are the guarantee of good education. I have read a piece of news concerning a story of a girl, who gave up her chance to Zhenjiang University and prefered to SUSTC. http://muchong.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=3218135&fpage=1 I admire her encourage and  agree with her choice.  As a unversity lecture, I feel pity about the quality of current education, and I think the essecne of education is to teaching students how/what  to learn, to think,  while not only limited within the special knowlege. The acamedic atmosphere, the action and words of a teacher maybe deeply affect the whole life of a student. Therefore,  I think the experience in SUSTC is far more important than the degree, and it will bring wide insights for these brave students. Although there are so many critical comments about President Zhu,  and although his action is too weak to change the situation of current Chinese education, I admire , agree and support him for his braveness.    Good luck for President Zhu, and these excellent kids!
