GenBank 提交序列，<200bp片段不予接收？

我向GenBank提交序列，引物扩增出的目的片段为180bp左右，但GenBank说片段太短，不能接收，这该怎么办呢？ “Some or all of the sequence(s) in your file(s) are less than 200 bp. Unfortunately, we must inform you that we have a policy not to accept sequences shorter than 200 bp. ” |

还是不接收，我的留言是“The band1 to band12 were isolated from DGGE gel of 16S ribosomal V3 RNA gene, partial sequence. The sequences were about 180bp. This the reason the sequences were shorter than 200bp” 他的回复是“ However, this does not resolve the issue. Some or all of the sequence(s) in your file(s) are less than 200 bp. Unfortunately, we must inform you that we have a policy not to accept sequences shorter than 200 bp. We realize that this has short-term consequences for submitters, but feel that the long-term improvements in the database will be helpful for all database users. ” 请问你们实验室同学是怎样提交的呢？ 先谢谢了。 |
