The language of the arbitration shall be English, and the arbitrator shall be fluent in the English language having substantial experience and recognized expertise in the field(s) of the matters in dispute. Pending the submission to arbitration of any dispute and thereafter until the arbitrator makes its award, the PARTIES shall continue to perform their obligations hereunder, without prejudice to a final adjustment in accordance with any award made by the arbitrators. 仲裁使用的语言应该是英语，仲裁者应该能流利的使用英语，有丰富的经验，并且在解决纠纷的领域是公认的专家。在对任何分歧提交仲裁的期间，其后直至仲裁者作出裁决，当事双方应该继续履行各自的义务，然后再依照仲裁者做出的裁决做出没有偏见的调整。 |
