The PARTIES agree that the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding and that any right of appeal or application to the courts with respect to any question of law arising in the course of the arbitration or out of the award shall be excluded. The arbitrator shall not have the authority to award consequential, indirect, punitive or exemplary damages. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction or application may be made to such court of a judicial acceptance of the award or an order of enforcement as the case may be. 当事双方同意仲裁员作出的裁决是最终的并具有约束力的，但就仲裁期间或裁决之外提出的司法疑问对法院的上诉权或申请权除外。仲裁员没有权力授予相应的，间接的，惩罚性或惩戒性损害赔偿。对于提交的裁决，任何一个有管辖权的法院都可以审理，或根据实际情况，对裁决有管辖权或有强制命令的法院可以提出申请。 |
