求助关于版权转让协议的问题

第一次填这个东东，请有经验的指教下我按如下的填写是否正确（按文件中的空格依次）： 1.This agreement concerns the following article (the “Work" ) : 填文章题目 to be published in 填期刊名称 (the “Journal”). 2. The parties to the Publication Agreement are The American Institute of Mathematical Sciences (the “Publisher”) and 这个填什么？把所有的作者名字写上吗？ (individually, or if more than one author, collectively, the “Author”). Please print. 最后的SIGNED: 要所有的作者都签吗？还是第一作者就可以？另外，签姓名拼音吗？ 谢谢指教！ |
