Quikchange PCR mutation

| When I did the quikchange mutation, the target mutation succeeded, but another mutation(not desired) occured at the same time, and it expresses the same aminoacid as the original DNA. Anyone can explain why another mutation occured? I am the beginner of biochemistry! thanks a lot! |
