INSTRUCTIONS

ACS must receive a completed Journal Publishing Agreement form in order to publish your manuscript. Please review the instructions for choosing and submitting the correct form.

This manuscript will be considered with the understanding you have submitted it on an exclusive basis. You will be notified of a decision as soon as possible.

Fill in ONLY Form A, Form B, or Form C. Do not fill in more than one form. Note that Form B should be used only if ALL Authors are or were U.S. Government employees. Form C should be used only if ALL Authors are or were bona fide officers or employees of the Governments of Australia, Canada, or the United Kingdom.

Note that Appendix A is an attachment to each of the Forms A, B, and C.
