| Enzymolysis solution rate of rough fiberthrough treating Ultrasonic auxiliary propionic acid is significant higher than propionic acid method, concentration of reducing sugar is stable 18h enzymolysis later, enzymolysis basicly completes, the final given enzymolysis rate is about 91%,while reducing sugar concentration of rough fiber through pretreating propionic acid method is stable after enzymolysis 36 h, final enzymolysis ratio is about 84%. |
