In addition, the investigation of UV-Vis spectral properties of the free ligands (a-Hptt, a-Hmtt) and complexes 1~8 show that UV-Vis spectral peak of complexes and ligands are much the same. At room temperature, the fluorescent properties of the complexes and ligands have been observed in the solid state, the interesting results indicate that the metal ions and the anions could affect the complexes structures, to move forward a single step, the fluorescence peak positions and the fluorescence intensity are changed with the change of the complexes structures. Furthermore, the thermal properties of complexes 1, 4, 5 and 7 have been investigated, the results show that complex 7 is more stabile than the other complexes (1,4,5), it is stable up to 190°C. The ligand a-ptt has free N atoms of complex 1, so we consider studying its copper adsorption property. The replacement content is determined by IR, elementary analysis and SEM-EDS. Furthermore, we investagation a catalysis process of the oxidative coupling of 2,6-dimethylphenol (DMP) under the reaction conditions by using complex 1 and its replacement content. |
