本论文介绍了显示用液晶材料的发展情况和国内外液晶光栅的研究进展,重点介绍了高双折射率液晶的发展趋势尤其是端基为二氟乙烯基类液晶的进展,端基为二氟乙烯基类液晶具有优良的光电性能,具有广阔的发展前景。具有高双折射率(0.3≤Δn≤0.45)、低黏度、高清亮点和快速响应的液晶材料作为可见光和近红外光以及激光波频自适应光学系统校正器的光栅,近几年得到很快的发展。目前这些液晶光栅所用TFT-级别的高稳定性液晶材料,其Δn值小于0.2,响应速度很慢、可控波长范围比较窄小、光能利用率低、对温度的依赖性较大,不能满足校正器的宽波段校正量。为解决这一问题,本论文开展高双折射率、低黏度、高稳定性的二氟乙烯基二苯乙炔类液晶化合物的设计、合成、提纯、混配及其性能研究工作,以解决液晶材料黏度对温度的依赖性问题。以降低黏度、提高响应速度为目的研制出高双折射率(Δn≧0.3)、响应时间小于3毫秒(TN盒,d=2.5µm)、高电阻率(≥1013 Ω.cm)、阈值电压低于3.5V的新型向列相二氟乙烯基二苯乙炔类液晶材料,以满足用于宽波段的快速液晶校正器技术性能的要求,解决我国近红外光以及激光波频自适应光学校正系统难题。 目标化合物A、B和C系列化合物尚未有文献报道,其结构通过1HNMR、13CNMR、19FNMR、MS、IR谱图和元素分析证明所合成的化合物正确,通过阿贝折射仪(Abbe refractometer) 对其双折射率进行测定,Δn值均大于0.3;通过AR500液体流变仪对其黏度进行测定,效果比较理想;通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测量了它们的相变温度并结合偏光显微镜观察到得结构图,证明这些液晶化合物为热致性液晶,A类液晶化合物具有较高的清亮点(>210℃),向列相温度范围超过128℃。 |

| This paper introduces the development of display with liquid crystal materials and the research progress of domestic and foreign LCD grating.Mainly introduces the development trend of high double refraction LCD.Especially LCD's progress of the two fluorine vinyl class,which has excellent photoelectric performance and has broad prospects for development.In recent years, with high double refractive index (0.3≤Δn≤0.45)), low viscosity , high window and quick response LCD materials are used as visible and near infrared and laser wave frequency adaptive optics system corrector.At present, these LCD grating used TFT - rank high stability LCD materials Δn≤0.2.Response speed slow, controlled the wavelength range comparison narrow, efficiency of light energy utilization and dependence on the temperature,which cannot satisfy the corrector with the wide band statics.In order to solve the problem,this thesis develops the two fluorine vinyl diphenyl acetylene class liquid crystal compounds with high double refractive index, low viscosity and high stability through design, synthesis, purification, mixed and properties of the research work. In order to reduce viscosity, improve the response speed, develops high double refractive index (Δ n 0.3), response time is less than 3 milliseconds (TN box, d = 2.5 & micro; m), high resistivity (≧1013Ω.cm), threshold voltage is lower than 3.5 V to the new 2 fluorine vinyl diphenyl acetylene class LCD materials , in order to meet the rapid wide band LCD corrector technical performance requirements, solve the our country near infrared laser wave frequency and adaptive optics calibration system problem.Target compound A, B and C series compounds have not been reported in the literature.The structures are correct by 1HNMR, 13CNMR, 19FNMR, MS, IR spectra and elemental analysis.Through the Abbe refractometer for its double refractive index were determined, Δ n are larger than 0.3.Through the AR500 liquid rheometry determines on its viscosity , the effect is ideal.By DSC measuring their phase-change temperatures and combining with polarizing microscope charts, proves that these liquid crystal compounds for thermally LCD.A compounds has the higher clear window(>210℃),phase temperature range is more than 128 ℃. |
