插层复合材料的元素分析问题求助

我合成了一种聚吡咯插层蒙脱土复合材料，审稿人要求提供材料的元素分析，特别是N的，以证明吡咯或聚吡咯已插入层间。但我们用SEM结合EDX测试并未发现N元素的存在。求教是否这种测试方法无法用于N元素的测定？应该用什么办法测试更能说明问题？谢谢大家！ 附：审稿人的问题 Finally I found that the SEM images can provide only a little information, it would be interesting to couple SEM with the elemental analysis of nitrogen to highlight the presence of pyrrole and / or polypyrrole. |
