| 称取食品塑料袋1g，剪碎后烘干。用正庚烷作溶剂于室温25℃放置60min。取正庚烷浸泡液25ml于分液漏斗内, 用乙腈提取两次。合并乙腈相后,于氮气流下浓缩,用水定容，4℃保存备用。处理液即为样品溶液，用此溶液做加标回收实验。 |

| Took 1g food plastic bags, cut them into pieces and made them dry. Dissolved them into heptane at 25 ℃ for 60 minutes. Took 25 ml of the soak solution into a separatory funnel, then extracted with acetonitrile twice. Mixed the acetonitrile phase, then condensed it by nitrogen flow. Stored at 4℃ after set to a constant volume of water. The treated solution is the sample solution, which was used in the standard addition test. |
