怎样溶解氟伐他汀钠（来适可）

有文献称。氟伐他汀钠水溶性较好，但是为啥不溶于水。怎样才能溶解它。Electrochemical study of fluvastatin sodium –analytical application to pharmaceutical dosage forms,human serum, and simulated gastric juice 其中有2段讲到可以溶解。 Reagents Fluvastatin sodium was kindly provided by Novartis (Istanbul, Turkey). A stock solution of fluvastatin (1×10–3 mol L–1) was prepared in water and kept in the dark in a refrigerator. Analysis of capsule dosage forms Fluvastatin determination was performed with commercial capsule dosage forms. The entire content of ten capsules was thoroughly ground to a fine powder and the amount of sample corresponding to a stock solution of ca 1×10–3 mol L–1 was accurately weighed, transferred to a 50-mL calibrated flask, and diluted to the volume with water. The contents of the flask were sonicated for 15 min to effect complete dissolution 我试了，但是还是不溶。 |
