原话是这样的： - The author must provide some information and discussion on the mentioned requirements specified in the Chinese Design Code (TCGCW) because this code is not available for many other people. 另外还有一个审稿人最后一句话没看明白，不知道什么意思 Reviewer: 3 Comments to the Author Congratulation, is an interesting paper, main for seismic countries as Mexico.
