[交流] 重复投稿的结果！已有27人参与

今有一同学，由于没有看到编辑部的回信，重复投稿，导致以下结果，拿出来给大家分享！

Thank you for your submission of 19.04.2011 and for the above-mentioned manuscript. We are unfortunately unable to accept your manuscript for publication in xxxxxx.

We note that this manuscript has been submitted to our journal twice before (xxxx.201100055, xxxx.201100254) and was both times rejected. The current submission does not include mention of either of these papers. Our ethical guidelines regarding such cases of dual submission were sent to you together with the last rejection letter. Thus, I have no choice but to ban you from submitting further manuscripts to xxxx until the end of 2012. Any manuscript submitted until this date from you or from a co-author of the current paper is subject to immediate rejection without peer review and further extension of the ban.

We trust in your understanding, and we encourage you to consult the ethical guidelines of each journal to which you plan to submit future manuscripts.

如果是修改重投，一定要说明（一般是解决了审稿人的大问题，也希望原审稿人重审，编辑也省事）。如果文章重写，多半都不一样，那就解释一下（那样一般是新文章，不是原文）。
