社会保障制度的建立是人类社会的一大进步，现代国家都致力于建立与发展社会保障制度。虽然美国的社会保障制度史的发展较其他西欧国家的短，但其社会保障制度经历了几个不同时代、不同阶段的改革及发展后不断地走向完善与完备。本文针对20世纪30-70年代美国社会保障制度的最初建立与繁荣发展的历史进行探讨，以了解这个时期美国社会保障制度的发展过程以及其带给美国积极及消极的两面影响。 并不是很难，但是我急着要用，而且自己没有信心翻，要翻译的准确一点哦，翻成不中不西的那可不行的哦，谢谢了啊  |

| The coming of social security system is a very big progress in human society, and all countries in modern society have tried to establish and develop the system. The US social security system, though of a shorter history than European countries, has gone through a continuous process of development and perfection with several rounds of reform and stages of development. The essay studies the very beginning of the US social security system in the 1930-1970s and its rapid development so as to get a whole picture of the system and the positive as well as the negative effects on the US society. |

Nowadays, Nations are endeavoring to build and develop social security system,since the major role Social security system has been played in the human society built. Authough its history In USA is shorter comparing with the Eropean nations, the social security system in USA is more compelete and perfect. The paper aims to indicate that developing process of social security system and the impact it has had on USA,basing on its history from the very first stage to its prosperous periods. |
